2. Services
Liken Labs / Five Buck Social Group provides software services and integrations.
3. SMS/Text Messaging (A2P Compliance)
By providing your mobile phone number to Five Buck Social Group, DBA Liken Labs, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us regarding:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and status notifications
- Promotional offers and marketing messages (with your opt-in consent)
- Customer service communications
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive appointment-related messages and occasional promotional messages if you opt in.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS communications.
Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact us directly at (385) 312-0095 or hello@likenlabs.com to opt out.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery by your mobile carrier.
4. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect and use your personal information, including your mobile phone number, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
5. Booking and Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Warranty and Liability
We provide warranty coverage on our workmanship and materials as specified in your service agreement. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work or materials. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Liken Labs / Five Buck Social Group and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
